Doujin for ipad, PC and iphone

Good news is coming !
From the first month of the next year, one of the biggest Doujin shop "Tra no ana" will start E-book service for PC and ipad user. There are two ways to enjoy E-books. One is for iphone and ipad user that a user purchase books through a particular application from Apple store.
The other way is for PC user. PC users need to use Adobe Flash Player in order to buy books.
At the present time, Tra no ana will release R-18 books mainly.

Sengoku in Kyoto

On the September 25th and 26th, Uzumasa Sengoku Matsuri will be held in Kyoto. This festival is taken place at Toei Uzumasa Eiga Mura in which used for Jidaigeki and Toei's character events. The festival will focus on Anime and Manga which treated Japanese history of middle era. In addition, there will have many booths of Anime, Manga, and Video games. Katana Gatari, ZENON, Sengoku Paradise, etc... are planning to have booth. As a remarkable event, special talk show of Sengoku Basara3 will be held on the second day of the festival. Also, new video games and promotion videos will be playable and available to watch. Finally, COS-PATIO in Uzumasa Sengoku Matsuri 2010 would give enjoyment for cosplayers. People can get pictures with the cinematography place.

Festivals in Miyagi and Basara 2

The second season of Sengoku Basara is broadcasting on July 11. In addition to the TV, collaboration with Miyagi prefecture will come again. The three festivals are the core of the collaboration. Sendai Tanabata Festival ( August), Masamune Kou Festival(September), and Oni Kojuro Festival(October) are scheduled for tie up with Basara 2. Exclusive illustrations of Basara 2 for each festival will be used as notification and for goods. It is good opportunity to visit Miyagi for people have not ever been to the prefecture. I feel using Anime for regional development is attracted attention in recent years in Japan. Perhaps relationships between Anime pieces and their related regions have potential economic elements.

The decade of Otaku Culture 2000-2010

In the last month, I bought a book made me interested. This book "Gendai Shikaku Bunka Kenkyu Vol. 4" features the decade of Otaku culture till 2010. It was good for me to know what happened in Otaku culture around 2001 to 2006. Developing of anime visual and Yuri genre, tendency of Tokusastu,Youtbe and Haruhi, etc... Boku to Shoujo to Utyusen

I obtained a drama CD in an event at a university. A drama CD is similar to audio book. The CD title "Boku to Shoujo to Utyusen" is made personaly, not for marchandizing. The story is introduced that a boy living in a planet which is countryside of a galaxy federation sees a spacecraft. In the spacecraft, a girl is there, and the main system of the spacecraft is based the boy's grandfather... This drama CD is streamed in Youtube and NikoNiko video. Moe love adventure

On October 2nd, a new PC game"Sora wo tobu, 7tu-me no mahou" developed by Lacryma was released. This game is the second arc of "Sora wo tobu, 3tu no houhou." The features of the game are reference system and love life style. The reference system helps for player who has never played the previous game. A player can refer key words, characters, and the story of Sora wo tobu, 3tu no houhou by this system. The other, love life style is a choosing system that a player can choose a girl as girl friend he/she like from character selection while the previous game can choose only one restrictive character after grand ending. Players could work well and enjoy the game by these systems.
Note: Under 18years old are not able to buy and play the game by law of Japan.

Girls? No, they're boys!

In September 17th, a visual book of "Otokonoko ha maid huku ga osuki!?" was released. This title is serialized in Toretate! Hobby Channel presented by Hobby Japan. The story is 4 brothers work as maid in a tearoom. All brothers disguise in woman's clothes. It looks like a new style of moe in Japanese otaku culture.
